Stay Tuned

In 18 days, Mom, Dad, Emily, Jackson and I are going to Jamaica. We will have a laptop with us and I will update the blog at least every-other day.

Pants on the ground . . .

So, if you are someone who doesn't listen to the radio or watch T.V., there is a song created by an older guy that "auditioned" on "Idol" called Pants on the Ground (can hear on YouTube). Well, Jackson was wearing sweats the other night and as he was scooting off the couch his pants were pulled down and we got the first part of the song demonstrated in pictures starring Jackson R Householder

"Pants on the ground . . . "pants on the ground . . .
"lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground . . .
"gold in your tooth, hat to the side . . . . lookin' like a fool with your pants on the ground"

Jackson's 1st Birthday!

On January 5th, Emily had a small gathering for Jackson's first birthday. He was a tired boy but still found the energy to show off.
This is his new Inch Worm . . . old school toys are the best!!!!
Tristan was singing some song (Em and I don't know it) and bouncing Jackson on her knee . . . he LOVED it.
After the gifts was the birthday cupcake.

Unlike most birthday kids, Jackson did not like the whole thing. He put out the candle with his hand!!! calm down, he didn't get hurt . . . he is tough, he is a Householder.

London enjoyed the balloons more than Jackson . . .

Grant and Me

This is at Aunt Sharon and Uncle Barry's for the Tillman family Christmas on the 19th. At one point all 3 of my nephews were on the couch with me but I didn't have my camera handy to ask someone to take a picture (since I just had my hair done that morning). I would have loved to have a picture like that too.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Christmas morning . . . He is controlling his enthusiasm well. Just before he woke up, Grandma and Grandpa arrived so he was confused and happy to see them as he came walking down the hall and saw them. Starting with the stockings . . . sees his favorite fruit

Jackson helped me unwrap my tool chest from Mom and Dad . . .

. . . then all he wanted to do was play on it!

PJs!!

Jackson and Grandma going through the electronic book she got him. After he left her lap, Mom kept playing with it. It's really nice

Uncle Steve with his new hat like Jackson's . . .

Jackson was not exactly sure of Uncle Steve in the hat . . . especially after he flipped up the sides.

This year Christmas was at my house. It was nice, even if Grant complained (jokingly I assume) about tradition changing. The Wii was being played in the family room as Eukre was played in the dining room. Always a good time when the Householder's gather. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas as well.

Some First for Jackson

FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH A DOG!!!FIRST HAIRCUT: here I am with mt Grandma @ our favorite restaurant Ukai 2 on the west side. This shows my curls before the cut
OK, I know I look scared but I really liked it. My barber told Momma that I can come back anytime because I was so well behaved. He was shocked when Momma said I was only 11 months . . . He thought I was at least 18 months

FIRST PICTURE WITH SANTA: this was taken the same day as my haircut. Yes, the picture is a picture of Aunt Robyn's key chain :-)

FIRST CLIMB INTO A DRAWER: this is my drawer in the kitchen
